Quality and safety controls
Quality checks are tied to construction stages. Incoming materials, reinforcement, concrete, waterproofing, services and finishes are inspected before the next activity begins.
Site safety is planned through access control, inductions, personal protective equipment, housekeeping, work permits and task-specific briefings. Requirements are adjusted to the actual site and scope.
Records, test results, observations and corrective actions are retained with the project documentation. Formal policies and certificates should be published only after internal and legal approval.
