The construction process

A defined sequence of planning, coordination, execution, testing and handover.

  1. 01

    Project assessment

Site conditions, brief, constraints and feasibility examined before anything is promised.

  2. 02

    Pre-construction planning

Sequencing, logistics and risk are planned on paper, where changes are still cheap.

  3. 03

    Estimation & budgeting

Quantities and rates built up transparently, with assumptions recorded.

  4. 04

    Design coordination

Architectural, structural and services drawings reconciled before mobilisation.

  5. 05

    Procurement planning

Materials and vendors locked against the programme, not against emergencies.

  6. 06

    Site mobilisation

Enabling works, safety setup and survey control established to a fixed datum.

  7. 07

    Structural construction

RCC executed to checklists — reinforcement, formwork and pours inspected and recorded.

  8. 08

    Services coordination

MEP routed, tested and signed off before it disappears behind finishes.

  9. 09

    Finishing & quality checks

Finishes measured against samples; snags raised, tracked and closed.

  10. 10

    Handover & documentation

As-builts, test records and warranties handed over as a complete file.
